PLANS to build a massive multimillion residential and leisure complex in Bromley town centre are due to be considered on Tuesday (March 6).
Councillors will decide whether to allow a 24-storey £80m development at the Westmoreland Road car park site, which includes a 130-bedroom hotel, 200 apartments, 25,000 sq ft of cafes and restaurants along with a nine screen multiplex cinema.
A report by Bromley Council recommends the application from Cathedral Group is permitted.
The plans also include a landscaped public square and a new 400 space underground car park.
It is expected building work will be completed in 2014.
