MR POTATO Head and a spider were among the entries at a Keston potato modelling competition.
Children took part in the competition at Keston Garden Centre in Oakley Road as part of Grow Your Own Potatoes week.
Around 30 children between four and 11 entered their models in the competition, with entrants taking inspiration from animals and people.
Centre manager Mark Bosworth said: "We recently challenged children to create weird and wonderful creatures and people from one of the country’s best-loved vegetables, the potato.
"The entries we received were all of a very high standard. The children put in a huge amount of effort and the outcome was tremendous.
"Those who took part in the competition entered a variety of models including animals and funny faces.
"We are still judging the entries and the winners will be chosen by Friday, February 24."
