A ONE-MONTH old baby from Gravesend taken to hospital in a critical condition has now been released.
The baby was at Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, where he was transferred from Darent Valley Hospital.
A Kent Police spokeswoman said: "The baby has now been released from the hospital in to the care of social services and is currently with foster parents."
A 35-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman, who were arrested on suspicion of assault, remain on bail.
More than 100 people attended a vigil in the town on December 3 to pay tribute to the baby and numerous fundraising pages have been set up on the JustGiving website.
