John Watkinson
THE chief executive of Bromley NHS Hospitals Trust has announced he is leaving to take up another post.
John Watkinson is to become chief executive of The Royal Cornwall Hospitals' Trust on January 1 next year.
The 51-year-old, who joined the trust in 2003, says he is sad to be leaving Bromley.
He said: "It is with mixed emotions I am leaving the trust.
"I have truly enjoyed working with everyone at Bromley Hospitals and our partner organisations.
"There have been many successes at the trust over the past few years and this is all down to our staff."
The trust is now in the the process of advertising for Mr Watkinson's replacement.
