Lewisham PCT's Expert Patients Programme (EPP) is coming to The Positive Place in Deptford for a series of courses.
The sessions launch on October 12 from 2pm to 4pm. Simon Randerson, Positive Place's EPP administration and monitoring officer says the sessions are suitable for those with long-term conditions such as arthritis, coronary heart disease, ME, diabetes and depression.
It covers nutrition, relaxation, exercise and problem solving to help people take control of their illness and their lives.
