Properties in Swanscombe and Greenhithe are in high demand according to Robinson Browning & Jackson.
The branch opened just over a month ago and manager Denis Safer said homes have been sold within days, even hours, of going on the market and demand has been highest from first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors.
