A brand new dining destination has been unveiled at Bluewater introducing some exciting new restaurants to the area.
The Plaza, linking Bluewater’s Thames Walk to the new events venue, Glow, launched last week. Speaking at the launch, Guy Thomas, Head of Retail Leasing at Lend Lease, said: “The Plaza provides guests with an exciting new destination for dining at Bluewater, where the experience is very much focused on the theatre of food.
“The entertainment-themed restaurants and bars are also the perfect complement to Glow, our amazing new events destination.”
On the lower level restaurants include Wahaca, Balans, Browns, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Nando’s and La Tasca. Up above you will find, amongst others, Jamie’s Italian, Wagamama, Tapas Revolution, TGI Friday and Ed’s Easy Diner.
Thomasina Miers, co-founder of Wahaca, said: “We have created a unique and fun interior especially for Bluewater.
"The restaurant has the perfect atmosphere for discovering our truly authentic Mexican street food experience."
Glow will open on November 30 with a series of shows in the run-up to Christmas, including the unique Christmas in New York experience.
