Two men due to appear in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving
TWO men are due to appear in court next month charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Jaswant Bains, aged 31, of Cambridge Road, Plumstead, and 23-year-old Marcus Bailey, of Union Grove, Clapham, are due to appear at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on September 2.
In September last year News Shopper reported that 79-year-old Audrey Walker died after being hit by a car on Stratheden Road, Blackheath, near the junction with Charlton Road.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as multiple injuries.
