FLYTIPPERS have targeted the same road in Wilmington twice in one week.
Materials from a garden clearance have been found on two seperate occassions in the same place on Parsons Lane.
Most recently, a sizeable pile of rubbish was found early in the morning of August 13.
Officers from Kent Highways removed the debris quickly after it was reported.
A similar obstruction was removed by Dartford Council earlier in the same week.
Wilmington Parish Council clerk Ian Armitt said: “”It blocked half of the road which was inconvenient for motorists.
“It seems to have become a chosen place for one contractor as it’s a quiet area to dump waste.”
Mr. Armitt warned residents to be careful who they employ to remove garden waste in the future.
“If something looks cheap and looks too good to be true then it probably is. In this case, other people have to pay for somebody else saving money.”
