PLUMBERS from Orpington answered the DIY SOS call of a single mum from Dartford on a BBC TV show.
Two members of staff from AC Wilgar fixed the plumbing when the woman’s prefab home in Temple Hill was given a makeover for the programme DIY SOS.
The plumbers from the company based in Station Approach spent nine days working on the property in March, and the show was broadcast on August 9.
AC Wilgar office manager Chris Pile said: “It was a woman who had a son with learning difficulties and she was struggling with her home.
“We are very proud we were asked to help. It gave us the opportunity to put something back into the community.”
