SIX office workers from Bromley will climb Britain’s three highest mountains to raise money for a cancer charity.
They will trek a total of 26 miles up Scotland’s Ben Nevis, Wales’ Snowdon and England’s Scafell Pike, as well as covering 450 miles between the mountains, on September 17 and 18.
They aim to raise money for BALLAM (Bromley Area Leukaemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma) Support Group, which helps patients at Princess University Hospital in Farnborough.
Dean Harris, of Rodney Gardens, West Wickham, organised the challenge after the charity supported his dad when he was diagnosed with bone cancer.
The 35-year-old said: “We aim to contribute via sponsorship to help fund some new equipment to make the lives of nurses and patients easier.”
