A 25-YEAR-OLD man who took a vehicle without the owner’s consent has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Tom Dunn, of High Street, Orpington, took a Daihatsu Fourtrak in Sevenoaks from March 14 to 15 despite not having permission from the owner.
He was found guilty of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent at West Kent Magistrates’ Court on August 10.
Dunn was sentenced to 180 days in prison, suspended for two years, and ordered to do 200 hours unpaid work.
He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months and told to pay £250 towards the costs of the court hearing.
