FIVE people have appeared in court accused of being part of a drug trafficking network.

Mark Worden, aged 51, of Boughton Avenue, Bromley, is charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

Angela Firth, aged 49, and Charles Flatman, aged 64, of Elwill Way, Beckenham, are charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and possessing and concealing criminal property.

Flatman is charged with a further count of possession of an offensive weapon.

Daniel Flatman, aged 24, and Tina Fox, aged 57, of Lucerne Road, Orpington, are charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possessing and concealing criminal property.

They all appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court yesterday and have been remanded in custody to appear at Croydon Crown Court in September.

Three others arrested - a 27-year-old woman and two men, aged 53 and 37, were bailed to return in July pending further inquiries.

The 53-year-old man was rearrested today (June 24) and is in custody at a south London police station.
