A 37-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court after a fire in a block of flats.
Mark Davies, of Windmill Street, Gravesend, appeared at Dartford Magistrates' Court on September 4 in connection with a fire at a temporary housing block in Windmill Street on September 2.
He was released on bail and will appear again at Dartford Magistrates' Court on October 19 for an interim pre-trial review on charges of arson and reckless endangerment.
He will also be facing a charge of racially aggravated fear relating to a separate incident on June 24.
