COUNCILLORS will be meeting tomorrow night to consider Biggin Hill Airport’s revised application to extend its operating hours during the 2012 Olympics.
A proposal was rejected by Bromley Council in March but an altered plan is back on the table at a meeting of the council’s executive committee.
Biggin Hill wants permission to make changes to the times it can open between July 13 and August 19 and during the period August 28 to September 12.
On weekdays it wants to open from 6.30am to 10pm.
On Saturdays it wants to open from 8am to 9pm and on Sundays and bank holidays it is requesting permission to open from 8am to 10pm.
The meeting takes place at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, and starts at 7pm tomorrow (June 22).
