POLICE are concerned for the welfare teenager after she went missing from a care home.
Kerry Lea Hamilton went missing from a care home in Sussex last month. The 16-year-old was last seen at a McDonalds in Rye Lane, Peckham.
Kerry is described as black, of medium build, 5ft 4 inches tall, with short hair, possibly dyed orange at present.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey top, carrying a black and gold bag.
Detective Constable Rhianne Trill of Greenwich police said; "Kerry is a vulnerable teenager who has been missing before. We are concerned for her welfare whilst out on the streets of London.
"Anyone with information about Kerry's whereabouts should contact police immediately."
Police believe that Kerry is staying in the Peckham area but she also has connections to Croydon, Lewisham, Lambeth and Greenwich.
