A 60-YEAR-OLD man was taken to hospital by air ambulance last night (May 31) after a road accident in Bromley.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Widmore Road just before 6pm and treated the patient before he was taken to the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel.
Details of his injuries are not yet known.
The road was closed near the junction of Plaistow Lane for several hours while police investigated what happened.
