Free taster courses and workshops on offer during Adult Learners' Week
FREE taster courses and workshops will be on offer during Adult Learners' Week.
Anyone who lives or works in Lewisham can attend the event on May 14, which is being held at Twin Employment and Training, in Lewisham High Street, from 11am to 3pm.
Colleges, universities and other organisations will be offering advice and information on further qualifications and career choices as well as help with basic Maths and English.
There will also be help with writing a CV and interview technique tips.
Adult Learners’ Week is a nationwide campaign which is running until May 20.
It aims to encourage more adults to take part in learning activities and events across the country.
