A COMMUNITY group and church is inviting people to join in the fun at its royal wedding fancy dress party.
Penge Partners, a group of volunteers who organise community events, is holding the party at St John’s Church in Penge from 1pm to 4pm on the day of the wedding, April 29.
The event at the church in St John's Road will include prizes for the best hat and best fancy dress costume, and proceeds from the day will go to Penge Partners and the church.
Penge Partners organiser Chris Phillips said: “There will be big screen coverage of the wedding, bouncy castle, games, garden BBQ, curry, tea, coffee and more.”
