AN exercise studio is celebrating its third birthday by organising a 12-hour exercise class in aid of Cancer Research.
The Pilates Body Shop in Bexley Village has already signed up players from Cray Wanderers FC for its marathon pilates session on April 8.
Anyone who wants to take part can do so for anything from one or more hours, and there will be at least 12 people taking part every hour.
Local massage therapists have offered their services for free and there will also be raffles and refreshments.
To take part costs £10 per class with all of the money going to the charity.
People are also encouraged to get sponsorship for their efforts.
If you just want to watch, it will cost £1 per session.
