A CHARITY table sale is being held to raise money for the Japan tsunami appeal.
The table top fundraiser will take place on April 2 at Eltham Park Methodist Church in Westmount Road from 1pm to 4.30pm.
Kyoko Leadlay of Dunvegan Road, Eltham, who has family living in Japan has organised the event.
She said: “Luckily I’m from Tokyo and my family are ok, but there is the fear of them being affected by radiation.
“I want to be able to do something to help. It is important for people who have lost their families and homes to know that they are not alone.”
All funds raised will be donated directly to the British Red Cross Japanese Tsunami Appeal.
