ROAD rage killer Kenneth Noye has lost his appeal to have his minimum life jail term reduced.

Noye, aged 63, was sentenced to life in prison at the Old Bailey in 2000 for stabbing to death 21-year-old Stephen Cameron on the M25 in Swanley in 1996.

But his case was reviewed after a decision to refer it to the Court of Appeal by the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

Noye’s lawyers claimed two witnesses in the original trial were “discredited”.

Two previous appeals by Noye, in 2001 and 2004, were unsuccessful.
