A TEENAGER is due to appear in court accused of trying to kill people by setting fire to a flat.
Rachel Sroka was arrested following a fire in Lenham House, Lamberhurst Close, Orpington, which happened on January 20.
The 18-year-old woman has been charged with four counts of arson with intent to endanger life and four counts of arson – recklessly endangering life.
Sroka, of Clovelly Way, Orpington, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Croydon Crown Court on Friday (March 18) for a hearing.
Three other people, a 52-year-old woman and two men aged 56 and 27, were arrested along with the teenager following the fire. They were all released without charge.
