A CHARITY is appealing for volunteers to help support people who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
The Bereavement Centre for the Borough of Bromley is asking residents who can spare an hour a week to comfort grieving people to get in touch.
Vickie Reed, volunteer co-ordinator for the charity based in Orpington High Street, said: “We are urgently seeking volunteers who have an hour or so a week to give support to our clients.
“An information session will be running this month for potential new volunteers.”
