The Draft House is a small group of public houses which aims to do for beer what our culture has done for food and wine over the past twenty years, namely taking provenance, cellaring and serving seriously, offering choice and quality with an extraordinary range of strange and wonderful brews, both bottled and on tap. Draft Houses also serve excellent British food and an eclectic selection of fine wines and whiskies.

Britain is full of public houses of all shapes, sizes and varieties, but the team at The Draft House felt something special had been lost in recent years from British life and wanted to provide a place that recaptured the idea of the perfect public house. The Draft House is a charming place where you can – alone or with others – experience great beer, good food, interesting people and great conversation. It’s a refuge for the soul for everyone who values civility in today’s world. It’s always genuine, staffed by people who love their job, packed with interesting stuff, plays good music and is frequented by people just like you. The Draft House always feels like ‘home’ – from your very first visit.

The Draft House Tower Bridge, the third but largest sibling in the family, opened its doors in September 2010 and has been going from strength to strength ever since, becoming a mecca for city beer-o-philes and foodies alike. The private bar and dining room, The Tower Bridge Tasting Room, has also played host to a wide range of blue chip clients since opening in December. Its ingenious daylight lighting, full AV presentation facilities and state of the art sound system make it the perfect venue for sunrise meetings, all day events, product launches and of course memorable parties into the wee hours. The dedicated events team ensure that requirements are met and expectations surpassed on every occasion, and always strive to make any client experience as smooth, effortless and stress free as possible.

Head chef Blair McCann has created an ever evolving menu, incorporating classics executed with love and affection for what they mean to us all, and signature dishes crafted from carefully sourced suppliers. Canapé menus, buffets, breakfasts and brunches are also available in the Tower Bridge Tasting Room, created with the same ‘spot-on’ attention to quality (Jay Rayner of The Guardian’s words not ours!).
