DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a 39-year-old woman was murdered in Anerley.
Emergency services were called to the flat in Kendall Court, Tudor Road, on February 7 by Siobhan Kelly's relatives who were concerned because they had not heard from her for several weeks.
It is thought Miss Kelly had been dead for several weeks.
A post-mortem examination at Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough gave a provisional cause of death as internal haemorrhaging due to blunt force trauma.
An incident room has opened at Lewisham under Detective Chief Inspector Mark Dunne from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command (HSCC).
Any witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to call the incident room on 020 8721 4906 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
So far no one has been arrested.
