POLICE have launched a murder investigation after a 24-year-old man was stabbed to death in Sydenham last night.
Officers were called at around 9.55pm after the man collapsed in Bailey Place, off Newlands Park.
He was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead at around 10.55pm.
Officers are on the scene at Bailey Place this morning and a cordon is in place on Newlands Park from the junction of Westbourne Road to Lennard Road.
