A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a man was assaulted in an unprovoked attack in Gravesend in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
The 20-year-old victim was walking home along Parrock Road when he was attacked by three people he believes were men.
During the assault the victim’s wallet was taken and he sustained serious head injuries which resulted in hospital treatment.
One of the suspects is described as being between 18 and 20 years of age, of slim build and wearing a grey hooded top.
Anyone with any information which could help with the investigation should contact DC Edwards at North Kent Police Station, on 01474 366253 or Kent Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
