AN Old Bailey jury has retired to consider its verdict on whether a 26-year-old man is guilty of the manslaughter of Richard Price.
The 23-year-old died after he was beaten up in an alleyway near the Swan & Mitre pub in Bromley High Street on Halloween in 2009.
Mr Price died of his injuries three days later in hospital.
Murat Karabeyaz, of Burford Road, Catford, who denies manslaughter, accepts he was in the alleyway at the time of the assault but claims he did not join in or see who the culprits were.
