MAYPOLE dancers are being sought in time for next year's May Queen celebrations.
The Chislehurst May Queen Society is looking for youngsters to join the waiting list for the event.
Although the celebrations are not due for another nine months, the group advises signing up early due to high demand.
Dancers must be at least five years old by the time of the event, which is held on the first Saturday of May.
A total of 24 costumed dancers perform during the celebrations.
