THE UK holiday group Butlins is developing a new block of time-share apartments for holiday makers to invest in.
Work on a range of sea-view buildings at its resort in Minehead in Somerset is due to be completed next March.
A share will start from £6,000 ranging to £11,000 for peak holiday times such as August, for a 30 year period.
Head of the development, called Blueskies, Mike Crowther said: "BlueSkies is holiday heaven for the growing number of people who enjoy the fun and convenience of a UK family break."
