A CHARITY which runs care homes for dementia patients has re-opened its fundraising shop after a refurbishment.
Mission Care, which runs four homes in the borough, opened the doors to its shop in Chatterton Road, Bromley, again on Thursday morning after a six week refurbishment.
The makeover of the shop included new floors and a new sign, and all proceeds from sales go to the Christian charity’s care for more than 250 people across south east London.
Communications manager Sarah Thomas said: “Our shop is very important in keeping Mission Care running, and it first opened in 1994 so it was in need of a makeover.”
