HOUSEHOLDS are being urged to complete their electoral registration forms which will be dropping through letterboxes over the next few weeks.
More than 130,000 forms will be delivered to homes across the borough and everyone aged over 16 needs to register where they will be living on October 15.
People can now confirm there are no changes to the information currently on the electoral register by texting 80212 as well as online or by calling freephone 0800 197 7697.
Head of Bromley Council’s electoral services Carol Ling said: “Last year 97.38 per cent of households eligible to vote registered, the third highest in London, and approximately 30,000 people used the more efficient online and freephone methods to register no changes, saving the council and tax payers money.”
