A RIVER map has been released by Transport for London to help commuters who use Thames boat services.
The tube-style map is designed to make life easier for the six million boat passengers in the capital, including many in Woolwich, who use the Thames Clipper.
It clearly details which boats go to which piers, and now accompanies recently installed electronic boards showing departure times for boats - similar to those found at train stations.
Mike Weston, operations director at TfL, said: “These improvements will make the river easy to navigate and make it a truly integrated part of London’s public transport network.”
