A COUNCIL is urging gardeners to take part in its annual flower competition.
Residents have the chance to win gardening vouchers by entering Greenwich Council's Greenwich in Bloom contest.
Prizes will be awarded for the best front garden with colourful summer plants, the best landscaped front garden, the best back garden and best colourful window boxes and hanging baskets.
Entry forms must be returned by June 25. The competition is open to amateurs only.
The first round of judging will start on June 29 with the second round beginning on July 12.
