Greenwich Park
PICNIC lovers are being encouraged to vote for their favourite spot to go alfresco.
Greenwich Park beat previous winner Richmond Park as well as Hyde Park in the London heat of the Warburtons' Picnic Awards.
It will now represent London in the national final for the title of Britain's Best Picnic Site and a prize of £1,000 and a plaque.
People can vote online by May 31 for their favourite picnic spot and the winner will be announced in June.
Warburtons' Jessica Bowker said: “We're a nation of bread lovers and what better way to enjoy a lovely sunny afternoon than exploring the great outdoors with your favourite homemade sandwiches and snacks.”
