A VERY late declaration is expected in all three Lewisham constituencies.
Counters at Sedgehill School in Bellingham have yet to finish verifying the votes – let alone sorting them into piles of candidates.
A Lewisham Council worker said: “There are still at least ten ballot boxes that have not been opened.
“There were a hell of a lot of votes in Lewisham West & Penge. We could be here until 9am – so drink lots of coffee.”
