3,000 people attended Greenwich & Bexley Cottage Hospice's first major outdoor event of 2010, the annual Easter Fair, on Monday (5 April).
The event, which ran from 1.30pm - 4.30pm, raised over £5,000 for the Hospice.
Fun and games included a giant egg hunt, inflatables, roundabouts, stalls and the delights of children's entertainer, Dizzy Lolly.
Susan Adams, Community Fundraiser, Greenwich & Bexley Cottage Hospice, said: "The Easter Fair was our first major outdoor event of the year so we really wanted some good weather. We were lucky - it was dry and sunny, perfect for Easter egg hunts and outdoor activities. Thanks to everyone who supported it."
The afternoon was helped along by 60 volunteers who worked hard to prepare and supervise the numerous stalls in support of the Hospice.
