LEARN more about cancer screening programmes as part of Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.
Bromley NHS Primary Care Trust has organised a presentation at Community Halls in South Street, Bromley, on Monday (April 19) to help visitors learn more about bowel cancer and the screening programme.
The presentation will run from 10am to 12.30pm.
Bowel cancer is the third most common cancer in the UK and screening aims to detect it at an early stage when treatment is likely to be more effective.
Bowl Cancer Awareness Month aims to highlight the fact more than 37,500 men and women are diagnosed with the cancer in the UK every year.
To visit the presentation in Bromley or for more information call the screening team on 01689 880685.
