JEWELLERY worth £6,000 was stolen from a church fair.
The theft happened as a stallholder packed up unsold items after the event at the United Reform Church, Widmore Road, Bromley.
She realised the man standing by her stall had taken some jewellery and asked him to give it back but he left the hall.
Two pedestrians tripped the man up and he dropped a jewellery box but ran off.
Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident on March 9 at about 1.30pm.
