CHILDREN with special needs are to benefit from entrepreneurial pupils.
Representatives from young enterprise company Polka Dot have donated £2,000 to the Petts Wood Playgroup for children with special needs.
Polka Dot, made up of pupils from Bromley High School and Ravens Wood School, Oakley Road, Bromley, sold sweets and organised a disco to raise the money.
The group also sold hand-made Christmas cards at last year's Bromley High School Christmas market.
It won the Best Presentation award at the Bromley young enterprise finals at Bromley High School, Blackbrook Lane, Bickley, on April 25.
Other winners include Ezi, made up of students from Newstead Wood, Avebury Road, Orpington, and Bullers Wood, St Nicolas Lane, Chislehurst, which won Best Company and the Write Stuff company, made up of pupils from Hayes School, West Common Road, Hayes, which took the runner-up prize.
