LOOKING after an elderly friend or relative full-time can be a stressful and tiring job.
But Age Concern Bexley is offering services to enable carers to take a break.
It has a night centre where elderly people are cared for one or two nights a week.
While the carer gets time for an evening out and a good night's sleep, their charge is offered a bath, snacks and lots of social interaction.
Transport is provided and the centre can supply emergency places.
