HOST families are wanted to give children affected by the Chernobyl disaster a summer holiday in the UK.
Gravesend-based charity Concern for Chernobyl Children brings children from Belarus, an area greatly affected by the disaster, for a four-week break.
The charity says the break can boost children's immune system for up to two years when they return home.
Volunteer host families are needed to look after a child aged between 8 and 12-years-old from July 21 to August 18.
Interpreters are on-call and organised activities are arranged so children can meet up.
Anyone with a spare bedroom can call 01474 332375 for further details.
