A 38-YEAR-OLD man has been disqualified from driving for two years and given 100 hours' community service for drink driving.
Rajesh Kumar, of Kent Road, Gravesend, was arrested last year after giving a breath test reading of 99 the legal limit is 35.
He was spotted by his landlord and his landlord's brother, who called the police after growing concerned about the state of Kumar's driving.
Kumar, who works as a packer, originally pleaded not guilty at Dartford Magistrates' Court but later entered a guilty plea.
As well as the community punishment order and the driving ban Kumar was also ordered to pay £43 costs.
