Epsom and Ewell's leading scorer from last season, Andy Boxall, and defender Danny Arkwright have both joined Ryman League Division One side Whyteleafe, and to add to manager Adrian Hill's problems, one of Arkwright's likely successors, Greg Harfield, could be out for at least eight weeks after sustaining a fractured skull in last Wednesday's friendly with East Grinstead at Merland Rise.
Epsom were leading East Grinstead 2-0 with goals from Andy Rawlinson and Micky Owen before the visitors f equalise before half-time and added a further goals to run out 4-2 winners.
Epsom Reserves beat Three Bridges 4-1 at Old Salesian.
