A Richmond bookworm has won a prize in a national newspaper by demonstrating his knowledge of national news.
John Harrington, of The Vineyard, is a regular reader of 'Big Print' which is Britain's extra large print paper specially designed for those who have difficulty seeing standard size newstype.
John entered the paper's 'In the news' competition which tests readers' awareness of recent events.
He was one of the winners and chose a clip-on reading light as his prize.
