There has been a lot of concern recently about mothers who have given their children up for adoption and then endeavoured to re-establish contact with the child.
But what about the grandparents who have not only lost contact with their grandchildren through no choice of their own, but have no legal rights to retain contact.
I am sure that if the child was asked by their parents if they would like to see their grandparents, they would say a big yes. This is why the parents are 100 per cent wrong for making the decision for the child.
There are hundreds of grandchildren and grandparents suffering this great injustice.
