There has been a lot in the local paper about cycling on the pavement - it is very dangerous and should be stopped. I have nearly been knocked down twice.
I also realise you can't cycle in the road as it's too dangerous. If the cyclists would ride with reasonable care and use a warning system such as a bell or something and always have lights at night, there could be room for both of us on the pavement.
