Police are looking for a trio of teenage girls who robbed a girl in Whitton.
The incident occurred at 9.25pm on Sunday when three girls approached their victim who was walking along Murray Park and demanded cigarettes from her.
She told her attackers she did not smoke and it was then they punched, kicked and robbed her of £2.
Police are now looking for the three girls and have issued descriptions. All three are black and 17-years old - the first girl was five foot eight inches tall wearing a blue vest, skirt and white Reebok trainers and had long black hair.
The second was five foot seven with shoulder length black hair wearing a puffa jacket, dark T- shirt and yellow skirt.
The third was five foot nine, fat, wearing a white dress, black trainers and prominent front teeth.
