The magic and humour of Roald Dahl is coming to the Orchard Theatre this autumn half term. Dahl's story George's Marvellous Medicine has been adapted for the stage by the The Birmingham Stage Company.

The company has tackled Dahl's books before with successful productions of James And The Giant Peach and The Witches.

This show sees boy hero George concocting an extraordinary new medicine for his terrifyingly grumpy granny, to try to cure her bad temper.

But the potion proves to have unpredictable and amazing effects.

George's Marvellous Medicine is a family show aimed especially at children from four to 12-years-old.
